Student's Visa Application Process

Submit your application to the South Korean Embassy or consulate in your home country

Complete all the documents 

Applicants can check the status of their application through online (www.visa.go.kr) depending on the number of days of visa processing to their home country

Submit your application to the agencies  authorized by the South Korean Embassy or consulate in your home country

Waiting Area

After knowing the results get your passport with the stamped visa on either South Korean Embassy / Consulate or agency where you applied.

* Some South Korean embassies or consulates in some countries are not accepting walk-in applicants for visa application and applicants were advised to go through authorized agencies instead.

​

** It is advised that students contact the Korean embassy or consulate in their home country before applying for the visa to check if there is any additional documentation required for the application.
